I'd like to play, if you need one. Quite nice since it's so convenient to me now that I'm in ATL.

11 Hee Haw - Southeast
12 Copious Pancake Commitee - Asheville
13 Sex Rehab - All over
14 Olio - NC
15 Tread - NC
16 Rivalish - Atlanta

All teams are paid up and are ready to party/ play in 2 weeks. We are really excited to have you all down for a great weekend. Fingers crossed for nice weather.

We do have teams on an alternative list so please let me know if you numbers are not going to be there. After this Friday (3/5) there will be no refunds so please let us know before this so we can notify other teams.

Remember this is a 4/3-3/4 tourney. If you come with low ladies then you will be expected to play 4/2. Only if both captains agree can you go 5-2.

I am serious about themes guys. If your execution is lacking it may not be as easy to get in next year. Think gifts, songs, dances, game. Creativity is key!

Format and seeding will be set early next week but anticipate 4 pools of 4 with a crossover at the end of Saturday. At least 2 games on Sunday. Saturday will start around 9:00am.

Hotels are a plenty in that area so you should be able to get a pretty good deal through 3rd party sites. Check this link for some info: http://www.georgiasoccerpark.com/Accomm ... fault.aspx
Party is still in the works but expect plenty of free beer at a nearby bar. Checking out a place tonight that looks nice.
More info to come early next week but let me know if you have any other questions now.
Thanks,
McCargo

Results:

Missiles and Silos went 3-3. This record is misleading because we really "should have" won each game we played. Each game was really short and the time cap was met early every time.

First game against #1 seed (ATL) we were up 4-2 and we ended up losing 7-5. We had a chance at 6-5 from them dropping the pull in the end zone but we didn't score that. We definitely could have won that game. Plus we pulled first and we never reached half time. Lame.

Second game: Indiana. We technically won it due to the cap but the other captain persuaded us that the cap didn’t start yet so we played it out and lost by 1 or so. It wasn’t cool but we decided to forget about it since this was a fun tournament.
Rest of the games were cancelled that day.
Sunday, we played another ATL team and we were down 7-2 to two at half time. We scored 8 straight points to win it. We got some crucial Ds at the right moment and basically owned them.
End of pool play.
We made the Chumpionship bracket.
We won against (ATL) Rival handedly.
We won again Ashville, NC by a couple points.
We play Tanasi for the championship and it was a very close game but we ended up losing 10-8.
Not one game even got close to a full game and playing time was not good for our deeps and wings. Sorry! Our numbers would have been good if the tournament was run a little better. We went for the win and overall, we did awesome. Great job team…

What do we piss? Excellence!!!
